Lucky Charms

My youngest daughter loves to create things with felt, fabric and fimo.  She is now making these crazy creatures which she calls her lucky charms.  I just love them, they make me smile.  The eyes are selfmade buttons out of fimo.

Fluffy turtle doves

I just love birds and decided to make some turtle doves for our bedroom.  In Feng Shui a pair of turtle doves symbolises love and romance so the bedroom is the perfect place for them.I used a bird pattern I found on www.spoolsewing.com which is just perfect for my doves.  Instead of using fabric however I felted some natural wool with pieces of straw.
